What happens when I add myself to the mailing list? Once a month we will send out a link to our newsletter containing special offers, readings by us, fun activities, and important updates to your e-mail. We send out the link on the 1st of every month. You can join our mailing list via the contact page or by filling out the form at the bottom of our home page.
Why haven’t I heard back from you yet? We are unfortunately only a two-person team. We schedule requests in the order they are sent. Meaning, if 4 people emailed us before you, those 4 people will get responded to and fit into our schedule first. This does not mean you won’t get your paper in a timely manner. If you need your paper in 3 days, while the other 4 need it in 15 days, there is a good chance we can fit you in.
Do you take last-minute work? If we have the space for you in our schedule we can absolutely edit last-minute work! but please keep in mind: 1. the express turnaround time will be represented in the price 2. We answer emails in the order they are sent 3. We do not release the paper to you until we receive payment.
