Are you qualified to edit papers from non-native English speakers? Yes! Both editors with WCE have experience with non-native English authors and we are happy to help! What happens when I add myself to the mailing list? Once a month we will send out a link to our newsletter containing special offers, readings by us, fun activities, and important updates to your e-mail. We send out the link on the 1st of every month. You can join our mailing list via the contact page or by filling out the form at the bottom of our home page. Can I decline your offer if I don’t like/can’t afford the quote you provide? Of course! We provide quotes free of charge and absolutely understand that not everyone will accept our offers. How does payment work? At this time we accept only PayPal. We do not require payment until after we have completed your paper. However, once the edits are complete, we’ll send you an email bill. Once we receive this payment successfully, you will be emailed your edited paper. How do I submit my paper to you? We accept Microsoft Office documents by attachment only. Once we receive your initial email, we will contact you in regard to your paper. Then you can email us a document containing your text. Do you ever decline papers? We have yet to need to do this, but if we were to receive an influx of papers and were not able to accommodate your turnaround time, we would have to decline. We want to ensure that we give all of our clients the time and attention they deserve. Why haven’t I heard back from you yet? We are unfortunately only a two-person team. We schedule requests in the order they are sent. Meaning, if 4 people emailed us before you, those 4 people will get responded to and fit into our schedule first. This does not mean you won’t get your paper in a timely manner. If you need your paper in 3 days, while the other 4 need it in 15 days, there is a good chance we can fit you in. If we have the space for you in our schedule we can absolutely edit last-minute work! but please keep in mind: 1. the express turnaround time will be represented in the price 2. We answer emails in the order they are sent 3. We do not release the paper to you until we receive payment.
